1 – 2 drops per tablespoon of vegetable oil or cream. Never use pure essential oils on your skin: some oils, such as cinnamon and clove, are corrosive and can cause skin burns; others, for example oregano and thyme, are irritating.
Internal use
The droppers help avoid an overdose of essential oils. They do not serve only for ease of use and convenience but for the prevention of accidental ingestion or overdose, especially in children. Never remove a dropper from the bottle. Moreover, they contribute to better conservation of essential oils.
Keep essential oils away from heat, air and light. Some degradation products can cause allergic reactions. It is the case of melaleuca (tea tree) essential oil, for example.
