Orally (dietary supplement): 1 drop per teaspoon of honey or 2% in food twice a day.
Topically: 1 – 2 drops in some cream or another oily substance.
By diffusing: some drops in a bowl of hot water or with an essential oil diffuser.

Organic essential oils Phybio are all-natural and of plant origin but they are very concentrated. That is why you should not exceed the recommended dose. Do not apply on your skin, ingest or inhale pure essential oils without your doctor’s advice.
External use
1 – 2 drops per tablespoon of vegetable oil or cream. Never use pure essential oils on your skin: some oils, such as cinnamon and clove, are corrosive and can cause skin burns; others, for example oregano and thyme, are irritating.
Internal use
The droppers help avoid an overdose of essential oils. They do not serve only for ease of use and convenience but for the prevention of accidental ingestion or overdose, especially in children. Never remove a dropper from the bottle. Moreover, they contribute to better conservation of essential oils.
Keep essential oils away from heat, air and light. Some degradation products can cause allergic reactions. It is the case of melaleuca (tea tree) essential oil, for example.
Particular caution
Bitter orange: do not use before sun exposure or UV tanning.
Cinnamon: do not use in children; in case of stomach ulcer or gastritis; antidiabetic, anticoagulant or antiplatelet (aspirin) treatment; coagulation disorders; allergy to cinnamon or balsam of Peru.
Lemon: do not use before sun exposure or UV tanning; check blood pressure in patients with hypertension.
Eucalyptus globulus and radiata: not recommended in case of a history of epilepsy or seizures.
Juniper: do not use in children or in case of renal disorders.
Clove: do not use in children; in case of digestive disorders and anticoagulant or antiplatelet (aspirin) treatment; coagulation disorders; allergy to clove or balsam of Peru.
Mandarin: do not use before sun exposure or UV tanning.
Field mint: not recommended in case of a history of epilepsy or seizures, suspicion of kidney stones or a bile duct obstruction.
Peppermint: not recommended in case of a history of epilepsy or seizuresor neurological disorders, suspicion of kidney stones or a bile duct obstruction, hepato-pancreatic disorders or gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Myrtle: not recommended in case of a history of epilepsy or seizures.
Niaouli: not recommended in case of a history of epilepsy or seizures.
Orange: do not use before sun exposure or UV tanning.
Rosemary: not recommended in case of bile duct stones, a history of epilepsy or seizures.
Thyme: do not use in children or in case of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
Essential oils are not recommended in the following cases:
In all these cases, it is very important to consult a health care practitioner before using essential oils.
Some people can be sensible or even allergic to perfumes or essential oils, so they are not recommended in case of allergies (asthma, eczema, rhinitis or allergic conjunctivitis). Essential oils cannot replace a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Always keep essential oils out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
In case of accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes. Consult a doctor if any disagreeable symptoms persist.
