Orally: 50 drops diluted in a glass of water 3 times a day between meals. For 20 days per month. The maximum daily dose can be adapted according to your doctor’s advice.

Externally: apply the extract of white nettle diluted 1 :1 with water on your scalp after washing hair or add a few drops to your shampoo Oemine CAP.
