Marine lecithin reginerates the epidermis and strengthens its essential fatty acids. Phospholipids of marine lecithin are the closest to those of our body. They are the most important components of cellular membranes.
3 capsules 3 times a day for 2 months and 4 capsules every morning and evening regularly at least 6 - 8 months.
