2 capsules every morning with a glass of water.

Composition / ingredients

Composition of 1 capsule:
zinc - 3,5 mg (35% of RDI)
methionine - 20 mg
cystine - 8 mg

Ingredients : sesame, wheat, watercress, nettle, spirulina, rice protein hydrolysate, zinc oxide.

Composition of a vegetable capsule: polysaccharides, yeast, potassium chloride, carrageenans.
